From a number to a plan
Suppose you score 75% on a mock exam. That is below the 80% bar, but the useful part is where the lost points are. If four of your errors are in institutions and none in rights and duties, the next evening is obvious. The topic breakdown turns a disappointing number into a to-do list.
Because every mock exam follows the real topic weighting (11, 6, 11, 8 and 4 questions), the breakdown is shown against what each topic is worth. A topic with few questions can swing your score less than one with eleven.
What the result screen shows
You see your overall percentage, the number of correct answers out of 40 and a clear result against the 80% pass mark. Below it, each topic is listed with your correct answers out of the questions drawn for it. If time ran out before you finished, that is shown too.
Further down, the screen lists every question you got wrong, showing your answer and the correct one, so you can learn from them straight away.
