It has no account and no cloud, so your data stays on your iPhone. The core logging is free and Nerra Lifetime is a single one-time purchase with no subscription. It is not a medical device and never calculates or suggests a dose. It is coming soon to the App Store, in English and German.

What Nerra does
- Dose log and reminders. You enter the dose your prescriber gave you. Nerra keeps the history, shows the next-dose date and sends a reminder with a gentle follow-up.
- Injection sites. Rotate sites easily and get a warning before you log a duplicate site.
- Weight and measurements. Track weight and body measurements and see progress over time.
- Daily check-ins. Log nausea, appetite and energy to spot patterns after a dose change.
- Dose calendar and doctor report. See logged and planned doses in a calendar, and export a PDF for an appointment.
