Is there a Wegovy app? WeGoTogether and the alternatives
Novo Nordisk, the maker of Wegovy, publishes a free tracking and support app called WeGoTogether. Here is what it does, what it collects, and when a general GLP-1 tracker fits better.
Yes. The official Wegovy app is WeGoTogether® from Novo Nordisk, free on the US App Store for iPhone and iPad with no in-app purchases [1]. It lets you log your dose, set check-in reminders, see weekly progress charts and read support content such as how to take your medicine and staying on top of refills [1]. On 23 October 2026 it was rated 3.0 from 62 ratings [1]. Third-party trackers such as Shotsy cover several GLP-1 medicines in one app [2].

What WeGoTogether is
WeGoTogether® is published on the App Store by Novo Nordisk A/S and describes itself as a tracking and support app designed for people starting Wegovy® [1]. It is free, with no in-app purchases listed, needs iOS 17 or later, runs on iPhone and iPad, and is available in English and 25 other languages [1].
- Tracking. Log your dose, schedule check-in reminders and track when you take your medication [1].
- Progress. Charts show where you started and where you are each week [1].
- Support content. Articles on how to take your medicine, staying on top of refills, handling tricky social situations and building habits [1].
If you used the older WeGoTogether web portal, the listing says you need a new account in the app, and that passwords and data from the portal will not transfer, though you can import historical data by hand [1].
What the WeGoTogether privacy label says
The app’s App Store privacy label lists health data, contact info (physical address, email address, name and phone number), identifiers and usage data as linked to your identity, and crash and performance diagnostics as not linked to you [1]. It does not list any data used to track you across other companies’ apps [1]. Privacy labels are written by the developer and Apple does not verify them.
That is normal for an app with an account run by a drug maker. It matters if you would prefer your dose log not to be tied to your name and address.

When the official app fits
If you take Wegovy only, want content written by its maker, and are comfortable with an account, WeGoTogether is free and built for exactly that [1].
When a general tracker fits better
If you might switch medicine, take more than one, or want to track injection sites and side effects in detail, a general tracker covers that in one place. Shotsy, for example, lists ten GLP-1 brands [2]. If you want no account at all, Nerra keeps everything on your phone and never suggests a dose.
