Is Shotsy free? What the Shotsy GLP-1 tracker costs

Shotsy is free to download, but its listing sells monthly and yearly subscriptions. Here are the listed prices, dated, what the app does, and how to cancel.

Quick answer

Shotsy is free to download with in-app purchases. On 23 October 2026 its US App Store listing showed monthly subscriptions at $9.99 and $14.99 and yearly ones at $39.99, $49.99 and $59.99 [1]. What Shotsy lists

The listing labels Shotsy "Free" with in-app purchases, and shows ten purchase lines that boil down to five distinct prices [1]. Apple shows every price a developer has set up, including older or test offers, so you may only see some of them in the app.

Plan on the listingPricePer year
Monthly$9.99 [1]$119.88 if paid for 12 months
Monthly$14.99 [1]$179.88 if paid for 12 months
Yearly$39.99 [1]$39.99
Yearly$49.99 [1]$49.99
Yearly$59.99 [1]$59.99
US App Store in-app purchase list, read 23 October 2026. Per-year figures are plain arithmetic.

The cheapest yearly price is about a third of paying $9.99 every month for a year. If you plan to track for the whole course of treatment, compare the yearly plans before you start a monthly one.

What Shotsy does

  • Logs injections and daily pills for Ozempic, Wegovy, the Wegovy pill, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Foundayo, Rybelsus, Saxenda, Victoza and Trulicity [1].
  • Tracks side effects, weight, calories, protein and water, and supports several medications on separate schedules [1].
  • Sends reminders and countdowns to the next dose [1].
  • Shows estimated medication level charts that it says are based on peer-reviewed clinical data [1].
  • Imports weight, calories, protein and water from Apple Health [1].
  • Stores data on your device and syncs it with iCloud, and its privacy label lists health, user content, usage and diagnostics data as not linked to you [1].

That is a deep feature set, and the rating suggests many people like it. The question this page answers is only what it costs.

How to cancel a Shotsy subscription

  1. On your iPhone, open Settings and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions, then Shotsy.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
  4. Before you leave, export or note the dose history you want to keep. Data does not move between tracker apps.
