How to use it
- Print it and put it where you will see it daily, such as the fridge or by the bathroom mirror.
- Tick each night. Do it at the same time every day, so the habit is easy.
- Write on it. In the date box or margin, note a hard day, a win or a trigger.
- Mark the milestones. Circle day 7, 30 and 90, and plan something small for each.
- If you slip, note it and carry on, or restart a fresh calendar. Either is fine. Our sobriety calculator shows days since your last drink.
Which length?
- 30 days suits Dry January or Sober October. See our Dry January guide.
- 60 and 90 days are common early targets in recovery.
- 100 days is a round number some people prefer.
- 365 days gives you a full year on a set of pages.
